Additionally featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
